Flip – Burger Joint in Bloomingdale’s

Joining the many burger joints across Manhattan is Flip,

tucked away in the basement floor of Midtown’s Bloomingdale’s

location. Playing off the idea of ‘flipping burgers,’ Flip references

this common barbecue technique in its name by flipping the ‘i.,'

and displaying it as an exclamation mark. This gives the brand a fun

and playful feel that speaks to one of America’s favorite recreational

activities, barbecuing.
